Privacy notice
Your information.
A plain-English explanation of the information this website collects and how it is used.
Who this notice is for
This notice applies when you use the M60 Driveways & Building Services website or submit a quote enquiry through it. M60 is responsible for deciding how enquiry information is used.
Information collected
The quote form can collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you are interested in and the project description you provide. Basic technical server logs may also be created by the website hosting provider for security and reliable operation.
How it is used
Enquiry information is used to understand your request, respond to you and take steps towards providing the service you asked about. This is generally necessary to deal with your request before entering into any agreement and for the legitimate interest of handling genuine customer enquiries.
Delivery and sharing
When email delivery is configured, the website passes completed enquiries to the email delivery provider and M60’s chosen receiving mailbox. The website is hosted by Vercel. Information is not sold and is not shared for unrelated advertising purposes.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage any resulting work and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. If direct delivery is unavailable, the website shows a copy-ready brief instead and does not record the form details.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently add advertising or analytics cookies. Essential platform features may use technical storage needed to deliver and protect the site.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict some use, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Contact about privacy
No separate privacy email or postal address has been supplied for publication. To raise a privacy request, call +44 7376 619616, or contact M60 through its verified Facebook page or Instagram profile and clearly mark the message as a privacy request.
Changes to this notice
This page may be updated when the website’s enquiry delivery, service providers or data-handling arrangements change. The latest revision date is shown above.
